BSY's handpicked man among 31 IPS officers shunted out

With the elections just around the corner, the state government transferred 31 IPS officers on Thursday in a major reshuffle of the state bureaucracy. Sixteen IPS officers have been transferred to Bengaluru while 15 of them have been transferred out of the city.
