Singer Mika Singh detained in Dubai

Popular Bollywood singer Mika Singh has been detained in Dubai on the charge of sexually harassing a minor girl.

News agency ANI, quoting a member of Singh’s troupe, said a girl had accused the singer of harassment.

According to reports, the 41-year-old singer, the younger brother of Indi-pop singer Daler Mehndi was arrested after a 17-year-old Brazilian girl complained that he had sent inappropriate pictures to her.

Singh is currently lodged in a police station, where he is being questioned by the police.
