Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu felt that Prime Minister Narendra Modi must quit taking moral responsibility of the Pulwama attack in which several CRPF Jawans lost their lives.

Addressing government employees in Amaravati on Wednesday, he criticized the BJP for politicising the issue for electoral gains.

“The BJP government which is using all intelligence agencies in the country to track the movements of political opponents should have used that Intel to identify and nullify terrorist attacks,” Chandrababu said.

Recalling that the then Gujarat chief minister Modi’s observations against the then prime minister Manmohan Singh that the latter must quit for the terrorist attacks in Kashmir that time, Chandrababu said that the same norm applies to Modi too.

Earlier during the day while speaking to party leader through a teleconference, Chandrababu said that in the light of Pakistan clarifying that it has no role what so ever in the Pulwama incident, one must also look into the domestic political-angle.

“We must not let the BJP use the tragic incident for its political gains,” Chandrababu said.

We must put the nation in trouble because of few people's greed, he told senior party leaders.

The chief minister also trained his guns on YSR Congress, which in the recent time has admitted several TDP leaders.

Chandrababu said that the KCR government is blackmailing politicians, who have properties in Telangana, and forcing them to join the Opposition party.

“I felt bad about actor Nagarjuna having met a criminal like Jaganmohan Reddy,” Chandrababu said.

Actor Nagarjuna met Jagan on Tuesday and is said to have sought Guntur Lok Sabha Seat to an industrialist, who is close to him.

However, the actor has refuted the rumours saying that Jagan is a good friend and the meeting was purely personal.
