Rajini not admitted to hospital: publicist

As speculation mounted on Rajinikanth’s health, the superstar’s office on Friday clarified that the actor was doing fine and rumours that he was hospitalised was “untrue.”

“There are rumours being spread regarding #Thalaivar #Superstar @rajinikanth's health, stating that he's been hospitalised. There is no Truth to this. Rajini Sir is healthy & doing well. Therefore, I request U all to not spread the word further. Thank U,” Rajinikanth’s publicist Riaz K Ahmed wrote on Twitter.

Ahmed’s clarification came as speculation mounted that Rajinikanth developed health issues suddenly and was rushed to a hospital.
