FM Nirmala Sitharaman will be presenting Union Budget 2022 on February 1. Before a piece of legislation is passed as a law by the Houses of parliament, it is called a Bill. A Finance Bill concerns the country's finances ranging from taxes, expenditures to the government's borrowings, revenues, etc.
