On the occasion of Prime Minister Narendra Modi's 71st birthday, West Bengal Governor Jagdeep Dhankhar on September 17 planted saplings at Raj Bhavan in Kolkata. "Climate change is the biggest challenge before the world and everyone should plant trees," said the Governor.
