The article details how Grace met Ansari at an event, which ended with them exchanging numbers. Later, as Grace says, the two flirted with each other and decided to go on a date, which is where things went wrong.
According to her, Ansari conducted himself in an inappropriate manner after the date but refrained from explicitly calling the encounter a rape.
