Three women, including a Turkmenistan national, have been arrested for involvement in a flesh trade racket operated from in outer Delhi’s Samaipur Badli, police said on Friday.

Renu, 24, Kamla, 18, and Turkmenistan national Meena, 28, were held on Thursday after police received a secret information about a sex racket being run from a house in Rohini sector 18.

“Facts were verified and two decoy customers were sent to negotiate a deal with the pimp and prostitutes,” said B S Jaiswal, deputy commissioner of police (outer).
After finalising the deal, the decoy customers signalled a police party for conducting a raid. They were then held.

On interrogation, Renu, a pimp, disclosed that she along with another pimp Reena used to procure girls on contractual basis from their contacts in Delhi.

“Kamla was earlier operating from Laxmi Nagar. But she came in contact with Meena via Reena. Renu offered a more comfortable and profitable profession in Delhi to Kamla and Meena on contractual basis,” Jaiswal added.

Renu and Reena used to lure businessmen, property dealers and traders of Rohini and charged Rs 5,000 for each deal.

They also used to provide accommodation and liquor to their customers for additional charges of Rs 2,000 at the rented house of their associate.

As per the contracts, there was no limit as to how many times they will be provided to customers during the contract period of a month. Some autorickshaw drivers were also engaged by the pimps on commission basis.

Meena came to India in May on a tourist visa and has since been into flesh trade. She is married and has a six-year-old daughter in Turkmenistan.
A case has been lodged under the Indian Penal Code and Immoral Traffic (Prevention) Act at Samaipur Badli police station.
