The 46-year-old model, who finalised her divorce with Nayar after four years of marriage, was spotted with Warne, 41, at White Tie and Tiara Ball, held at the Windsor, England estate of Elton John and partner David Furnish on Thursday, reported Us magazine.
The English model was earlier in headlines as many British tabloids slammed her for having an affair while she was still married to the textile heir.
But the 'Austin Powers' star, who announced her divorce via micro-blogging site Twitter four months ago, had insisted that she was already separated from Nayar when her romance with the Australian cricketer began.
Hurley has a 9-year-old son, Damian, with ex-boyfriend Steven Bing. She has also famously dated Hugh Grant for a long time and whom she still considers a close friend.
