A sensational century from Virat Kohli, along with a blistering 66 of 28 from Moeen Ali helped RCB post a mammoth 213, but KKR, who were at once almost out of it, clawed their way back courtesy Andre Russell and Nitish Rana. The duo fought until the very end, but fell just short.
Nonetheless, the KKR-RCB rivalry saw another dimension today, as we were blessed wih a jaw-dropping finish to this memorable game.
That's all from me, Akarshak Roy, hope you enjoyed the coverage of this enthralling match-up.
Until next time, good bye.
Moeen Ali, surprisingly, bowled this arduous final over.
The first couple of balls resulted in just one run, but Andre Russell looked like he could hit anything over the boundary.
The third ball went for six, but he missed the fourth ball, which was a well-executed yorker from the bowler.
As a result, RCB won the game by 11runs.
Stoinis mixed it up brilliantly, bowling short and slow, but he diappeared in the final three deliveries.
The first of the three sixes were due to the predictability of the short ball, while the other two were pure muscle.
