This is the third biggest recovery of LSD stamp papers in the history of Delhi Police and Narcotics Control Bureau, police claimed. LSD is usually in crystal form, before it is diluted.

Kumar completed his education from Delhi University in 2008. He then started working as a sales manager in a private firm. However, he switched over to online trading business.

A drug addict himself, he later started peddling drugs, said police. On being interrogated, Kumar revealed that he exchanged LSD stamps paper for charas in south and west Delhi, Gurgaon and Noida.

He used to purchase the drugs from Mumbai and sell it in Delhi. He was mainly involved in peddling mephedrone (also known as meow meow), LSD stamp papers and charas. Each gram of the drug would be sold at Rs 1,500-2,000. He also sold drugs to foreign tourists, said police.
