The two-day event, starting Saturday, is being organised by Prevention, the health magazine from the India Today Group."With this weekend, we wanted to create a platform where leaders in the health domain can come together and promote the good cause of healthy living, thus building a strong franchise for the brand in the community," Mala Sekhri, COO, Lifestyle Group, the India Today, said in a press statement.
The event will host workshops, demonstrations and experiences across six different zones - family, health, fitness, beauty, food and nutrition and alternative therapies.
Check-ups and one-on-one consultations with doctors will also be available, apart from a shopping area which will have organic foods, health foods and supplements, spa and natural beauty products and health tools on offer.The event will be held at The Grand, Vasant Kunj.
