AirAsia parent Capital A plans to raise more than $1 billion in debt, equity: Report

Capital A, the parent of AirAsia, is planning to raise more than $1 billion in debt and equity, the Financial Times reported on Wednesday.

CEO Tony Fernandes is preparing to list some of the conglomerate's businesses through a blank-cheque company in New York, the FT reported, citing two people familiar with the deal.
