Amazon has enabled 14 startups reach milestones of Rs. 1 crore, and 94 reach Rs. 10 lakh.

Amazon Launchpad, the global programme which helps startups sell their products via the ecommerce platform, has brought over 250 startups on board within a year of launch.  

Amazon Launchpad Global Head and Director Sateesh Srinivasan said that the programme has enabled taking 17,000 products.

"We get 200 applications from startup founders every month. They get access to account management support,  partners for global selling, compliance help in destination country and in setting up legal entity too. We have enabled 50 startups to sell globally from India," he said.

Srinivasan said the Launchpad helped 14 startups reach Rs 1 crore milestone, and 94 startups reaching Rs 10 lakh milestone in revenues.
