Bitcoin dropped 11.1 per cent to $53,356.39 on Sunday, losing $6,675.9 from its previous close.

Bitcoin, the world's biggest and best-known cryptocurrency, is down 17.8 per cent from the year's high of $64,895.22 on April 14.
