Bengaluru: Realty major DLF Ltd plans to launch housing properties worth over Rs 17,000 crore in the next fiscal (FY26), comprising super-luxury, luxury, and premium homes due to strong housing demand, as per its investors presentation out late on Monday.
Out of a planned Rs 1.14 lakh crore worth of launches planned for FY25 onwards, 35 per cent has been launched in the previous fiscal with about 15 per cent planned for FY26.
In an investors’ call on Tuesday, DLF officials gave a sales guidance for next year as Rs 20,000-22,000 crore.
On commercial assets, exit rentals by FY26 are expected to be Rs 6,700 crore, they said.
Furthermore, capex spent as a combination of DCCDL (DLF Commercial Capital and Development Ltd), DLF, and Atrium Place (a joint venture with Hines) in FY26 and FY27 will be around Rs 5,000 crore.
