As TRAI-empanelled agency, Shaurrya Teleservices will assess properties across India on critical parameters of digital connectivity, including fibre readiness, in-building mobile coverage, broadband quality and IOT integrations. Properties will be assigned a star rating based on actual performance, in line with TRAI’s standardised methodology released in August 2025.

Speaking on the recognition, Pankaj Agrawal, Chairman, Shaurrya Teleservices, said, " With TRAI’s certification framework, we now have a transparent way to measure and improve how buildings perform digitally. At Shaurrya, we are aligned at fostering innovation in Enterprise Network services, generating meaningful employment, expanding business opportunities, and supporting small startups alongside large enterprises, all toward making India as global business hub with high standards of living and equitable opportunities.”

" As one of the first eight agencies empanelled by TRAI, Shaurrya will not only certify properties but also work hand-in-hand with Telecom and Internet Service providers which will enable property developers to enhance their ratings through our infrastructure solutions, from IBS and FTTH to 5G microcells," Salil Ahuja, Chief Strategy Officer, Shaurrya Teleservices, said.

The TRAI has issued guidelines for assessing the quality of connectivity inside and around buildings.

The guidelines are expected to encourage real estate developers to provide access to the best connectivity options at their projects.

Shaurrya Teleservices plans to partner with leading developer associations such as CREDAI and NAREDCO to raise awareness about digital ratings, while showcasing case studies of early certified projects.
