Bengaluru: Flexible workspace provider WeWork India has reached 1 lakh operational desks across India with the opening of IWF Campus in Bengaluru, the company announced on Thursday.
Located in Whitefield, it spans 1.1 lakh square feet of space across three floors.
WeWork India has also signed the lease agreement with real estate developer DLF to open two workspaces in the first quarter of 2025, located in Gurugram and Chennai.
This will be WeWork’s fourth building with DLF in Gurugram. The location will have a two-floor workspace with over 1,400 desks across, approximately 1.17 lakh square feet.
The other workplace will be WeWork’s second location in Chennai. Located in Manapakkam, it will occupy two floors with over 1900 desks spread across 1.26 lakh square feet.
WeWork’s first building opened in Bengaluru in 2017 and has expanded across 8 cities.
