Reserves had fallen by US$107 million for the week ended July 3 to US$264.477 billion.
Foreign currency assets (FCAs), during the week, declined to US$252.873 billion from US$253.432 billion in the week-ago period, RBI said in its weekly report.
India’s gold reserves and special drawing rights, during the week, stood unchanged at US$9.800 billion and one million respectively, RBI said.
India’s reserve position in the International Monetary Fund (IMF) stood at US$1.243 billion during the week as compared to US$1.244 billion in the previous week, the apex bank said.
