International Data Corporation (IDC) plans to establish a wholly-owned India research business unit in Bangalore.
The new unit, expected to open in first quarter of 2011, will enable IDC to provide more comprehensive coverage of the rapidly expanding information and communications technology (ICT) markets in India, as well as service needs of IDC’s customers based in India.
