Bengaluru: Ministry of Corporate Affairs has appointed chartered accountant K Raghu, former president of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India as a Member of the Appellate Authority constituted under Section 22A of the Chartered Accountants Act, 1949, the Cost and Works Accountants Act, 1959, and the Company Secretaries Act, 1980.
