Narayana Hrudayalaya made a good debut on the exchanges, with the scrip registering decent gains at close.
The equity shares of the company opened at Rs 291 and touched a high of Rs 344, before closing the day at Rs 336.70 on the BSE. On the NSE, the equity shares opened at Rs. 291, touched a high of Rs. 345.65 and closed at Rs. 340.80.
Narayana Hrudayalaya listed on the stock exchanges after successfully completing an initial public offer of 2.45 crore shares of face value of Rs 10 each for cash at a price of Rs 250 per share aggregating Rs 6,13.08 crore. The offer constituted approximately 12 per cent of the company’s post-offer paid-up share capital. The book-running lead managers were Axis Capital, IDFC Securities and Jefferies India.
