Reliance Infratel files IPO with Sebi

“Reliance Infratel has filed its draft red herring Prospectus (DRHP) with Securities and Exchange Board of India,” said Anil Dhirubhai Ambani group company RCom in a filing with the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) here.

Equity shares

Reliance Infratel, a passive telecom infrastructure provider, has planned an initial public offeringfor divesting 15.60 crore equity shares of Rs 10 each for cash at a premium to be decided through a 100 per cent book building process. The net issue would constitute 10 per cent of the post-issue paid-up equity capital of the company, the statement said.

JM Financial Consultants, JP Morgan, Deutsche Equities, Enam Securities, HSBC Securities, ICICI Securities, Macquarie Capital Advisors and UBS Securities are Book-Running Lead Managers (BRLM) to the issue.
