Samsung unveils new AC range

Samsung India Electronics Pvt Ltd Deputy Managing Director R Zutshi  announced this at the launch of new, advanced 2011 range of split ACs in the Indian market across the ‘Invincia’ and ‘Purista’ series of air conditioners.

Samsung will be expanding its production capacity in Noida unit  at cost of US$350 million, Zutshi said.

Samsung which has registered a US$3.5 billion turnover during 2010 is seeing a growth of 40 per cent in 2011. In the flat panel TV sector, it has sold 1.5 million units and is on an expansion mode.
