One of the major factors contributing to the jump in net during the period was the fall in cost of deposits to 6.62 per cent from 8 per cent a year ago, Goel told reporters here. The bank’s total income hiked up from Rs 2,433.52 crore to Rs 2608.76 crore during the period under review.
