Bihar Election Result: The Election Commission on November 10 declared the winner of Garkha Assembly Constituency (AC No 119) in Saran district which went to polls on November 03, 2020. Surendra Ram of the Rashtriya Janata Dal won the Garkha seat beating Bharatiya Janata Party candidate Gyanchand Manjhi by a margin of 9937 votes.
In Bihar Assembly Election 2015, RJD candidate Muneshwar Chaudhary won the Garkha constituency seat with a margin of 25.3% securing 89249 votes against BJP candidate Gyanchand Manjhi.
