The Election Commission on November 10 declared the winner of Dehri Assembly Constituency (AC No 212) in Rohtas district which went to polls on October 28, 2020. Phate Bahadur Singh of the Rashtriya Janata Dal won the Dehri seat beating Bharatiya Janata Party candidate Satyanarayan Singh by a margin of 464 votes.
In Bihar Assembly Election 2015, RJD candidate Mohammad Iliyas Hussain won Dehri constituency seat with a margin of 2.7% securing 49402 votes against RLSP candidate Jitendra Kumar @ Rinku Soni.
