In Nagaland election 2018, NDPP candidate C.M. Chang won Noksen Assembly constituency seat after securing 4436 votes. The NDPP candidate defeated NPF candidate W.Chingmak Chang by a margin of 621 votes.
In 2018, Noksen constituency had 11643 electors, including 6143 males and 5500 females.
