Ahead of Bihar Elections this year, which is expected to take place sometime in November, here's your easy and step-wise guide to fill the Voter Enumeration Form.
After going to the Voter Service Portal, look for "Forms" and select Enumeration Form (Bihar) from the available options.
Click "download" to access and fill the form.

When you request to fill the enumeration form online, you will ask for EPIC number/mobile number registered with the voting portal.
After signing in with required credentials, keep official documents handy to proceed further.
Upload photo and Aadhar card number, followed DOB (DD/MM/YY).
Mention father/guardian's name along with their EPIC Id (if available).
Mention mother's name.
Upload your digital or scanned signature, which must be done on a clear white paper in either black or blue pen.
Move to the next page - Declaration.
Tick or select the queries mentioned in the list, including name stated in the electoral roll 2003.
Next, select Assembly constituency and related details from the dropdown list.
Upload a valid government document, such like a residential address proof before completion.
Once the form is filled, click the "Submit" button.
Recheck and eliminate errors before you select "Yes" when asked if you are ready to submit the form.
Last date to submit the form is July 26, 2025.
