New Delhi: Ten of the 26 members in the Nitish Kumar cabinet in Bihar belong to political families.

The ministers from political families include Samrat Chaudhary, Santosh Sumit Manjhi and Deepak Prakash.

RJD on Thursday evening posted the list of ten ministers in the Nitish Cabinet, suggesting that they were from political families.

The list of ministers from political families are -

Santosh Sumit Manjhi

Son of Union Minister and former CM Jitan Ram Manjhi, son-in-law of MLA Jyoti Manjhi and husband of MLA Deepa Manjhi

Samrat Chaudhary

Son of former Minister Shakuni Chaudhary and former MLA Parvati Devi

Deepak Prakash

Son of Rajya Sabha MP and former Union Minister Upendra Kushwaha and MLA Snehlata

Shreyasi Singh

Daughter of former Union Minister Digvijay Singh and former MP Putul Kumari

Rama Nishad

Daughter-in-law of former Union Minister Captain Jai Narayan Nishad and wife of former MP Ajay Nishad

Vijay Chaudhary

Son of former MLA Jagdish Prasad Chaudhary

Ashok Chaudhary

Son of former Minister Mahavir Chaudhary and father of MP Shambhavi Chaudhary.

Nitin Nabin

Son of former MLA Naveen Kishor Sinha

Sunil Kumar

Former Minister Chandrika Ram and brother of former MLA Anil Kumar

Leshi Singh

Wife of former Samata Party District President Bhutan Singh

The RJD post also appeared to mock the ministers in an 'X' post claiming that they were taking an oath, "I take a vow by God that, with the special affection and blessings of Prime Minister Narendra Modi Ji and Chief Minister Shri Nitish Kumar Ji, who are staunch opponents of dynastic politics, I will eradicate family rule from Bihar's politics and build a new Bihar."
