Bollywood actor and producer Aamir Khan visited the national capital to meet President Droupadi Murmu. During his visit to Rashtrapati Bhavan, he happened to bump into Karnataka Chief Minister Siddaramaiah. The two were seen chatting and sharing a laugh, and the visuals are now making waves across social media.
Photos of their warm meeting, where they greeted each other with mutual respect, are widely flooding social media. ‘Mr. Perfectionist' Aamir Khan is in Delhi for the special screening of his recently released film Sitaare Zameen Par, which was exclusively premiered for President Droupadi Murmu.
On the other hand, Siddaramaiah has travelled to Delhi to meet with President Droupadi Murmu, aiming to secure her assent for five bills previously submitted by the state’s Governor.
As per reports, Chief Minister Siddaramaiah came across Aamir Khan at the Rashtrapati Bhavan and greeted him with a wave, to which the actor responded with a smile and folded hands.
Later CM’s office took to social media and shared visuals and said, Chief Minister Siddaramaiah crossed paths with acclaimed actor-director Aamir Khan while on his way to Rashtrapati Bhavan for a meeting with the President. The two exchanged pleasantries, with the CM extending his best wishes for Khan’s upcoming films.
Meanwhile, Aamir Khan's latest release Sitaare Zameen Par has emerged as a major box office success and is being hailed as one of the most beloved films of the year. The film has already surpassed the Rs 100 crore mark globally within just four days of its release.
