The latest Weekend Ka Vaar on Bigg Boss 19 witnesses a rare moment where the host Salman Khan revealed more about his personal life. In the episode, Salman is seen discussing various aspects of his personal life, including the failure of his recent release Sikandar, as well as addressing his long-standing feud with singer Arijit Singh.
The episode showed a side of Salman Khan that is rarely seen by the public. In a heartfelt and unexpected revelation on Bigg Boss 19’s Weekend Ka Vaar, Salman Khan opened up about his long-speculated professional rift with singer Arijit Singh.
It all began when the special guest of the week, comedian Ravi Gupta, joined Salman Khan on stage. While conversing with Salman, Ravi humorously admitted, "I'm nervous about being on the show and meeting you because I look like Arijit Singh," to which Salman candidly responded, saying, “Arijit aur mein bahut acche dost hai. Woh misunderstanding thi woh mere side se thi, Arijit ke side se nahi, sab sorted hai..usne mere liye Tiger movie mei gaane bhi gaaye hai, Galwan mei bhi gaa raha.” (sic)
The Bollywood superstar used the moment to clarify that there had been misunderstandings in the past, but any professional tension between him and Arijit has now been resolved. He also mentioned that Arijit had sung for him in previous projects, further dismissing long-standing rumours of a fallout.
Salman’s acceptance, made with warmth and humility, instantly struck a chord with the audience and his followers and well-wishers praised him for his honesty and for extending an olive branch to one of India’s most loved singers.
On the professional front, Salman Khan is juggling his time between shooting for Battle of Galwan and hosting Bigg Boss Weekend Ka Vaar.
