Kamal also unveiled the first poster of the movie. The movie was to be produced by Connekkt Media - PK Prime Production and Mercuri Movies.

However, if reports are to be believed, the project is in severe trouble as the producers have backed out from the project, leaving the cast and crew in a fluid situation. According to an insider, the producer's decision to 'shelve' the movie was due to its inability to generate 'enough business.'

This news has been doing the rounds for the past couple of months, creating ripples within the Tamil cinema industry. This highly anticipated Tamil movie, based on the life of a globally celebrated musician, is struggling to take off, and this news has shocked several insiders.

However, the Asuran actor Dhanush is trying his best to give life to the project and is running errands to get some banners to back this project. Despite his best efforts, no one has come forward to back the project, and the film's future appears bleak.

On the professional front, Dhanush is busy with the shoot of Idli Kadai, set to release in theaters on April 10, 2025. He is also working on several other projects, including Anand L Rai's Bollywood project Tere Ishq Mein.
