Bengaluru witnessed a memorable night on December 6 (Friday) after Punjabi singer Diljit Dosanjh delivered a high-energy performance in his concert.

The crowd -- comprising of people of all ages -- who had attended the concert thronged the Bengaluru Metro, which extended its services until midnight.

Videos of the Punjabi pop icon's fans who were heard singing his song Ikk Kudi inside the metro, has gone viral on social media.

The video was shared on Instagram by a user who said, "The concert may have ended, but Diljit’s Bengaluru fans weren’t ready to call it a night! As they jumped into the metro, they created the Dil-Luminati Express, keeping the energy high and the party alive. A night to remember, with record-breaking ridership in Bengaluru according to the Bengaluru Metro Rail Corporation (BMRCL)."

The video shows the metro filled with people commuting after the concert ended, singing the song Ikk Kudi keeping the fun going.

Bollywood actress Deepika Padukone also made an unannounced appearance at Diljit's concert surprising the audience.

Diljit on Instagram shared a video along with a caption which read, "Queen @deepikapadukone On DIL-LUMINATI TOUR IN BENGALURU Year 24."

A social media user replied to the metro video saying, "Did diljeet perfom in punjabi or kannada?"
