Debutants Ahaan Panday and Aneet Padda’s film Saiyaara continues to hold its ground, and the movie proves that content is king as the movie. In its third week, it continues to pull audiences to the theatres. The movie has shown its box-office strength and has collected Rs 260 crore at the Indian box office and Rs 400 crore worldwide.
While the movie has already shattered several records, it continues to script more records in Bollywood. With this collection, Saiyaara has surpassed Kabir Singh's box-office collection and has become the highest-grossing Indian romantic film.
Notably, the film has maintained its strong run at the box office, despite a marginal dip on weekdays. It also delivered an impressive second weekend, collecting Rs 30 crore on its second Sunday.
For the first time since its release, Saiyaara recorded its first notable dip on the second Monday, earning Rs 9 crore. This was the first time the movie slipped into single digits.
Ahaan Panday and Aneet Padda starrer saw a 50 per cent drop compared to Friday's figures. While the buzz around the movie continues to go strong, in some areas, a slowdown is witnessed in its momentum.
However, reports suggest that collections tend to stabilise midweek. Saiyaara has earned Rs 9.25 crore on Day 11 and, as per early estimates, Rs 9.50 crore on Day 12, pushing the total collection to Rs 266 crore at the Indian box office, as per Sacnik. Meanwhile, the film has surpassed Rs 400 crore at the global box office.
Experts anticipate a boost in collections in the coming days and believe that the film could easily breach the Rs 500 crore milestone before Friday’s new theatrical releases in India, making it one of the biggest blockbusters of 2025 in Bollywood.
