After previous speculation, Bollywood actor Vivek Oberoi has been confirmed to feature and lead in a biopic on Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
Taran Adarsh, a movie critic, took to Twitter to confirm Oberoi's involvement in the project as Vivekanand Oberoi. He also said that the film's poster will be released on January 7 and filming will begin in the middle of the month.
The announcement adds another list to a number of political biopics to hit the screens this year including The Accidental Prime Minister, which is based on Manmohan Singh; Thackeray, a biopic on Balasaheb Thackeray and one biopic on NT Rama Rao.
