The blaze was reported from Shabda JJ Colony C-block in Bawana at around 00.50 am.
Seven fire tenders were rushed to the spot to douse the fire.
According to police, two persons were charred to death and one was injured in the incident.
The injured has been rushed to a nearby hospital where he is undergoing treatment.
The cause of fire is yet to be ascertained.
In another incident, a fire was reported from a shoe factory in Mangolpuri Industrial area in West Delhi late last night.
The incident was reported around 11.30 pm and 20 fire tenders were rushed to the spot. The cause of fire is yet to be ascertained.
