Bengaluru: On the occasion of World Vegan Day, over 50 animal rights activists marched through AECS Layout, Bengaluru, to raise awareness about the everyday abuse of animals and call for an end to animal cruelty by advocating a shift toward veganism.
The event, organised by the Bengaluru Brigade for Animal Liberation (BBAL), engaged the public through creative and peaceful activism along the 5-km route.
Through impactful conversations, activists spoke about the hidden suffering behind products such as meat, milk, eggs, leather, silk, and animal-tested cosmetics, urging people to make choices that align with their values of kindness and justice.
