Nagesh, who has been working in Delhi in various ministries for the last two decades, was welcomed by Additional Resident Commissioner I Jameer and Deputy Resident Commissioner G R Manjesh and others. He will report to former minister V Dhananjaya Kumar who is the special representative.
Nagesh, who hails from Bykere in Hassan district, has worked in the prime minister’s office, railway, petroleum, commerce and defence ministries.
