According to the Reserve Bank of India (RBI)'s calendar for fiscal year 2025, there are several bank holidays in the month of July.
The holidays will be observed in various states across India: check the list here.
All scheduled and non-scheduled banks will observe holidays on second and fourth Saturdays, in addition to the bank holidays mentioned.
Online banking services, such as net banking, mobile banking, and UPI transactions, will continue despite these designated holidays.
Here is the list of bank holidays in July:
July 3, Thursday: Banks to remain closed in Agartala on July 3 on the occasion of Kharchi Puja.
July 5, Saturday: On the occasion of Guru Hargobind Ji birth anniversary, banks will be closed in Jammu and Srinagar.
July 14, Monday: Banks will remain closed in Shillong for Beh Deinkhlam.
July 16, Wednesday: On the occasion of festival Harela, banks will be closed in Dehradun.
July 17, Thursday: On death anniversary of U Tirot Singh, there will be bank holiday in Shillong.
July 19, Saturday: For Ker Puja, banks to remain closed in Agartala.
July 28, Monday: On the occasion of Drukpa Tshe-zi, bank holiday in Gangtok.
In addition to this, banks will remain closed on the second and fourth Saturdays of the month: July 12 and July 26.
