Bollywood actor Rajpal Yadav’s father, Naurang Yadav, passed away due to age-related ailments in New Delhi on Friday. Naurang was undergoing age-related treatment at the All India Institute of Medical Sciences in Delhi. Rajpal, who was in Thailand, rushed back to Delhi on Thursday evening and is with his family.
Rajpal Yadav shares a very close bond with his father, and on his 50th birthday, he decided to change his name from Rajpal Yadav to Rajpal ‘Naurang’ Yadav. He added his father’s first name as a tribute and said, “For the past 50 years, I have lived my life on my own terms. But now, I want to dedicate the rest of my life to my father.”
In several media interactions, Rajpal has praised his father and said he has always been his inspiration.
Rajpal and his family has sought privacy as they cope with their profound loss.
