Obscene remarks by Allahbadia, popular on YouTube for his 'BeerBiceps' channel sparked massive outrage, leading to complaints from several people.

Now he has approached the Supreme Court with a plea to club all FIRs against him. Allahbadia has claimed that he is being "harassed and is receiving death threats" following the remarks.

As per a report by India Today, he stated in his plea that there is a bounty placed on his life and he is receiving threats where people are asking for "his tongue to be severed".

Sishir Chaturvedi, national spokesperson of Akhila Bharat Hindu Mahasabha, allegedly said that Rs 1 lakh will be given to anyone who cuts Ranveer's "filthy tongue", as reported by The Week.

Bageshwar Dham Sarkar too commented on the row saying Allahbadia's remark is "reprehensible", and "strict action should be taken".

"These people should be taught how to talk. Rather than issuing an apology, they need to reform mentally," the publication reported, quoting local media reports.

Allahbadia had tendered an unconditional apology.

In an apology video on X on Monday, Allahbadia admitted that his comment was not only inappropriate, but also not funny.

"Comedy is not my forte. Just here to say sorry," the YouTuber, popularly known as BeerBiceps, said in the video.

"Many of you asked if this is how I wish to use my platform. Obviously, this is not how I wish to use my platform. I am not going to give any context, justification or reasoning behind whatever happened. I am just here for an apology. I, personally, had a lapse in judgement. It wasn't cool on my part."

"Family is the last thing that I would ever disrespect. Need to use this platform better and that's been my learning from this whole experience. I promise to just get better. Have asked the makers of the video to remove the insensitive sections from the video and all I can say in the end is sorry. I hope you can forgive me as a human being," he said.
