A shocking incident has come to light from Lavkush Nagar of Chhatarpur district in Madhya Pradesh on October 18. A child was kept hanging in a well on suspicion of mobile theft by a youth of his village. The child kept pleading for help but the accused did not pay heed to his words. While addressing the media persons, SSP Vikram Singh said, “A child was kept hanging in a well on suspicion of mobile theft by a youth of his village. Family members of the victim shot a video. We've registered case under section 308. Investigation is under way."
