Leader of Opposition in Lok Sabha Rahul Gandhi on Wednesday reportedly submitted a 'dissent note' after he met Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Home Minister Amit Shah to discuss the appointment of the Chief Information Commissioner (CIC).
The meeting reportedly went on for 90 minutes in the PM's Chamber in Parliament.
