Talking to reporters here last evening, Singh said the Prime Minister, the President and the Chief Justice of Supreme Court should be covered by the proposed bill.

"All the constitutional posts should be covered by the Bill," Singh said. Firing another salvo at yoga guru Baba Ramdev, Singh alleged that when Narayan Dutt Tiwari was the Uttaranchal Chief Minister, Ramdev had got land worth Rs 1,100 crore to set up a university and a food park.

After taking land from a Congress government, Ramdev had no right to say that the party was corrupt, he said.

"If Baba Ramdev hates black money then he should not take donations, and if he does, he should pay tax," Singh said.

Referring to allotment of land to the Kushabhau Thakre Trust by BJP government (which Supreme Court set aside recently), Singh said soon he would release a list of trusts and societies which had been allotted land by BJP government.

Talking about Anna Hazare, Singh praised his anti-corruption movement, but said Hazare should not have lauded Gujarat Chief Minister, Narendra Modi.

"Modi is a Chief Minister who had not appointed Lokayukta in his state for the last eight years," Singh said.

To a question, Singh said he supported the proposal of giving a Bharat Ratna to batting maestro Sachin Tendulkar.
