A company allegedly forced its employees to rewrite tests for an internal training assessment 50 times by hand for failing to secure 90 per cent marks in the test.
A Reddit post claimed that the employees were made to do the exercise after their work hours.
The company allegedly defended its action citing improvement in precision and accuracy.
“Note: As previously communicated, team members scoring below 90% on the recent test are required to rewrite the entire paper 50 times by hand, outside of office hours, as part of a focused improvement and discipline initiative," the Reddit post read quoting the company.
Netizens lashed out at the company for the action calling it "workplace bullying".
