A complaint was filed in a local court today against Bollywood actor Aamir Khan over an "obscene" poster of his upcoming movie 'PK'.

The complaint was filed by LLB first year student, Abhishek Bhargava in the court of Judicial Magistrate First Class (JMFC), Dilip Gupta.

"In the poster of the film 'PK', which is slated for release on December 19, actor Aamir Khan has posed nude, which will promote obscenity in the society. Therefore, I have requested the court to register a case in the matter under relevant sections," he told reporters. The hearing on the case will be held on October 15.
