Congress MLA Sukhpal Singh Khaira on September 28 stated that party leader Navjot Singh Sidhu took decision of stepping down from Punjab party chief’s post as he did not want to be a speechless president. “He doesn’t want to be a speechless president. We urge him to withdraw resignation and request high command to redress his grievances,” said Sukhpal Singh Khaira.
