Coronavirus Highlights: India's recovered cases now more than 97%, active cases below 2%Union Health Minister Dr Harsh Vardhan received his first dose of the Covid-19 vaccine today at the Delhi Heart & Lung Institute. Harsh Vardhan is the latest among high-profile Ministers to have gotten inoculated after Prime Minister Narendra Modi received his shot Monday morning. The country's daily Covid-19 case tally fell by around 4,000 with 12,286 fresh infections and 94 deaths.
