The two alleged culprits identified as Deepu and Shubham, the sons of the principal of the school, were arrested after the allegations were found to be true following an investigation by government authorities.
Some students of the ‘Sarswati Badhir (Deaf) Vidyalaya’ had lodged a complaint with the officials of the Uttar Pradesh Sports Council of Deaf alleging their sexual exploitation a few days ago.
Probe launched
The officials passed on the complaint to the district government authorities, who launched an investigation into the charges alleged by the deaf and dumb girls, sources here said.
On the direction of the authorities, a case was registered on Wednesday after the allegations of the physically challenged girls were found to to be true and the two youths were arrested.
The district welfare department has been asked to withdraw recognition of the school with immediate effect.
Only recently, a student of the Government School for Blind Girls in the state capital was found to be pregnant sending shock waves among the district authorities.
